I am receiving "A stale record of the device was found in the redirector." concerning the below serial numbers:
Can you please reach out to the previous owner to request them to remove the stale records/remove their instance?

Hi David,
Please create a GTAC case against this issue and they should be able to verify your ownership and allow you to onboard these devices to your XIQ instance.

Hi Gabriel, these were pulled out of an old employer's site and I was provided permission to take them home with me. I am using them for personal use and they will not be licensed. I was also advised by an extreme employee yesterday that these devices were not linked to a specific instance of the old employer. Is this not true? How do I create a GTAC case? Thanks for your help.

I can't submit a ticket because I am not with an employer. I am a consumer. I can't get logged in or even create an account. Can we please just solve this? I have an email chain showing that the previous owner was supposed to set these switches as unmanaged, but something isn't working right.
