Deepak,
The data sheets for Extreme Networks products can be found in the Resource Center at http://www.extremenetworks.com/category/data-sheets. Click the "Show More" button at the bottom of the page to expand the list of products.
The Extreme Networks products webpage may also have what you're looking for.
If there is a specific product you're looking for and can't find, check this thread on The Hub. https://community.extremenetworks.com/extreme/topics/extreme-networks-product-datasheet-archive

Hi Deepak,
What exactly do you mean by compare options for different switches?
We have datasheet for every switch model that will give you the ergonomics to performance stats.
Below is the link to the datasheet of X670-G2 series switch,
http://learn.extremenetworks.com/rs/extreme/images/X670-G2-DS.pdf
And we have something very similar for other switches as mentioned above.
If the information provided above is not what you are looking for, please be more specific.

I am not quite sure what kind of option you're talking about but EXOS datasheet shows you supported protocols and standards for each of the switches.
http://learn.extremenetworks.com/rs/641-VMV-602/images/ExtremeXOS-DS.pdf
For the physical differences, you may look up datasheets for each switches.
