We had a failure in a ExtremeSwitching X450G2-24t-G4, it presented a blockage, did not allow access to the web interface, nor allowed access by console cable, additionally disabled some network ports.
We restarted it by removing the power cable, however, when we connected it by the console cable, we noticed that all the configurations were lost, the equipment was reset to factory.
I would like to know if it is of your knowledge, what could be the origin of this failure?
