How do I capture and attach all the log files located on the switch's internal flash drive list steps

What do you mean by capturing ?
You can download the files if you want them for your own use.

If the support asked you for some log file, usually the last one is enough (a show fulltech includes it).

If you need more information gathered you can take a look at the command flight-recorder.
