I have a Matrix V-Series V2H124-24 for lab.
I'm streaming 2MBps in a interface with a 1 MBps rate limit in Input Port.
The receptor client has this graph for transition rate:
I have 2 questions, that I can't find documentation.
Why the initial peak? and why it's decreaing over time?
Some explanations are "token bucket" initiation and no flow control, but I can't find doc.s supporting this explanations.
Can any one help?
