Standalone Proxy (Stack of 3 5900) + ERS 3600 - Fail

I have a stack of 3 VSP 5900 that is configured with Standalone Proxy and I am trying to connect an ERS 3600 using the I-SID/VLAN but I am not getting it, the vlan is not propagating to ERS. How could I fix this?
