Does anyone recognize this error? VSP5420 running 8.8.1.0. I get a bunch of lines with the same error with a different IP in each one.

GlobalRouter COP-SW ERROR Failed to Add IP Record NumEcpRouteRecs: 1 retCode: -6 IpAddr:10.49.50.1 IpMask: 255.255.255.255

While trying to use the contact form on https://nbiappointmentph.ph/contact-us/, I received the error message:
“COP-SW ERROR: Failed to Add IP Record.”
It seems like a backend database or DNS logging issue is occurring. Please check if the server is rejecting requests due to missing write permissions or IP tracking configuration errors.

Thanks for sharing the details. Errors such as “COP-SW ERROR Failed to Add IP Record” are often associated with ARP, routing-table, resource-allocation, or software-defect issues within certain VOSS/Fabric Engine releases. In several documented cases, administrators resolved similar symptoms by reviewing route/ARP behavior, checking for resource exhaustion, and upgrading to software versions containing vendor fixes.

When troubleshooting persistent performance problems while play Subway Surfers, the first step is always to check lag reason. A structured approach usually saves significant time compared to trial-and-error fixes. Hope you find the exact trigger and get the environment running smoothly again!

Did you ever figure out the cause?  I am seeing something similar on VSP7254 on 8.8.1.0 code.  The CPU spikes up pretty high when this happens until I'm able to clear the ARP cache for a VLAN .
