ERS-4950GTS-PWR Stack Issues

We recently installed stacks of the 4950's and over the past few weeks they are repeatedly failing and breaking to form individual switch units. The current spec is HW: 11, FW: 7.5.0.2, SW: v7.5.0.007.
Spanning tree and SLPP are both configured on units. There is minimal end user traffic as these are school sites with the bare minimum staff at this time.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
