We have 5320 Series switch which has 9.0.4 Fabric Engine. Want to update the firmwire to 9.2.1.1 . Size of the file is roughly 114MB. So, when I try to load the software in my intflash, prompt told me not enough space. I cleared my core dumps and clear log files, but unfortunately thats not enough. I am searching for option over internet and tbh not much help.
1. What happens if I run #software removes <old-realease>?
2. What should I do after removing old release (I have new firmwire(9.2.1.1) on usb flash drive connected to switch)?
Since I am new in Extreme environments could you please help me what would me my other options?

Your lack of space is not normal if you truly deleted everything you said. To be sure :
Then, you should be able to copy your voss file to the /intflash. If it's still not working (which would surprise me), you can try to install the software directly from the usb without having to copy the voss file first to /intflash.
software add /usb/5320.9.2.1.1.voss
Then, software activate 9.2.1.1.GA (probably, but check the release name with show version)
To answer your initial questions :
1. You won't be able to remove anything as 5320 are limited to 2 software versions if I'm not mistaking. You can only have an active and a backup version, and the switch won't let you remove the backup version.
2.Answered above.
Best regards,
