How to Block(Selfish Net, Net cut) software attack users?

Lot of users using like selfish net, netcut application block all users bandwidth.

how to disable the users and how to rectify the issue.

Kindly refer the image.

I have tried to this command (using Access point), but is Switch port is Blocked, I want block user MAC address.
