AP305C faktory reset

Hello I have a used AP305C.Unfortunately, the device is still set up and does not connect to the cloud.Are there instructions for a factory reset?

Hello Joachim,

Please press down the reset button (pin hole near the ETH port) for 10 seconds. This will factory reset it.
