You will need the help of the original owner and Extreme to do that. They will be assigned to the account owner so GTAC would need approval I guess to migrate them. We've done this before when schools have migrated between trusts and they've need to migrate management (it's not easy). Even if you manage it you'll still need to purchase the Pilot/P1 licenses to use against them so they are never going to be "free" in that sense, unless you already have licenses in your account and are just upgrading to 410APs from 305 or something ?
