Up until recently we had no problems with Chromecast devices. I now have two seperate sites that are reporting they can't get their Chromecast device to work. Does anyone know how the VNS should be configured to support Chromecast? Again, this was working and now is not.

Yes, you will need to turn that on. It's the global enable.

Does multicast bridging have to be enabled? Switches I understand but this wireless stuff...

Tomorrow i have to update a customer installation from 8.32.x to 9.12.x, too. Hopefully with no issues 

Well we did at some point.  We've upgraded firmware several times this year at vendor's request.

Take a look in the release note of 9.01.x. There are definitley some changes in multicast handling (found 3 notes). Did you use the 8.32.x firmware before the upgrade?
