identifi + freeradius

I have a identifi captive portal internal with freeradius
when i introduce user and password in captive portal, in radius i can see the user and password are accepted and this information is send to wireless controller, but in captive portal give me this message

"A problem has occurred while trying to validate your userid & password.
Please contact your system administrator. "

is like WC don ́t receive information from radius
some body can help me please

You can also try to run a tcpdump on the controllers management interface to see the RADIUS response that is coming back from your server. Make sure everything in the response looks okay....

which version is running on the controller?
Any information that is shown in the GUI > Logs > Station Events (filter on client MAC)
