Hi,
Iām traing to login to the Extreme Wireless Planner Tool (https://wirelessplanner.extremenetworks.com/). Last Friday I was testing the tool, I acceded corretly and I was able to work with it.
Yesterday I tried to start working with the application, and it's giving me access errors. It gives me a credentials error (even though I know they're correct), and when I click on āforgot passwordā, it says "Unable to send the password reset request." This morning I have tried to log in again, and the exact same thing happens.
Do you know if something's wrong with the application?
Do you know when it will be resolved?

Hi there, I found some support cases with the same question from last week, and it looks like the issue is resolved now, very sorry for the inconvenience there. Could you try logging in again for us please?
