Unable to configure AP to send AeroScout data to 3rd Party server

Hi,

We have setup AP 7522 and VX 9000 as per screenshot below;

However we didn't received any data from AP or controller.

Is there anything else that we need to setup?

Thanks.

First, which version of WING 5.9.x is this? 5.9.0, 5.9.2, etc.
Support for Aeroscout RTLS on the AP7522 started in WING-5.9.1

Aeroscout uses its own proprietary protocol for Tag and RTLS communications and requires the APs to have an IPv4 address defined so that they can forward the packets to the Aeroscout RTSL engine. The Aeroscout RTLS engine also needs to have the IP and MAC address of each APs defined. You obviously have the Aeroscout engine IP address in there, so just make sure that the AP does as well for layer communications.

I see that the screenshot is for configuration of radio-2, which is your 5GHz radio. Do you have tags that support 5GHz?
Is this same configuration also applied to radio-1?

Also, as far as I know, the Aeroscout RTLS engine also needs to have the IP and MAC address of each APs defined.

Also...on the controller GUI, go to: Statistics tab -> highlight the AP in the tree structure -> Select the "RTLS" option in the center column.

Look to see if there are any stats accumulating under Aeroscout.
