Hello,
If your AP4000 or AP505 is in ExtremeCloud IQ, just go to Devices → select AP → Upgrade software → choose latest firmware → apply.
If it’s on a controller, upload firmware there and push it to the APs. ultacard
If it’s standalone, open the AP web UI and upload the firmware under System → Maintenance → Firmware Upgrade.
