WLAN Site configuration does not allow access to guest portal

Our WLAN deployment consists of a main Location with the WLAN Controller as a virtual machine. We have three branch factories connected via symmetrical WAN lines. We use machine certificates and authenticate against RADIUS (NPS). This Szenario is running fine in the main Location. The branch sites have local DC and RADIUS Servers and we use the "Site" Feature of the Controller for These APs. With the site Feature we can authentificate via the APs and the local RADIUS - works fine. Now we tried to activate the Guest Portal in the branch sites. there is no Connection to the Web Portal site at the main site. So for me it seems that it is not possible to use the Site Feature AND have Access to the Guest Portal at the central Controller.
Anybody had the same experience? Or any Workaround? We use the latest Firmware for the Controller and the APs (38xx). We have an open ticket with GTAC - since now no solution.

I believe this was fixed in 10.41.06 code.
