Hi everyone,

We are trying to configure an internal Captive Portal on an ExtremeCloud Controller (XCC) using an external RADIUS server for authentication, but it isn’t working as expected.

Our LDAP users have a Filter-Id attribute assigned to their roles. While this exact configuration works perfectly in the older ExtremeCampus Controller (Identifi), we are unable to get it functioning on the XCC. Any insights on what might be different?"

Where can I configure "user profiles" in XCC to build the profile-to-attirbute logic??

Hello  Rey Juan Carlos.

 I would recommend upgrading to the latest and retrying this config. If it's still not working on the latest version, this should be troubleshot. In that case, please call GTAC at 1-800-872-8440.
