Does the IdentiFi Wireless Controller allow for setting a the 40 MHz intolerant bit to only allow 20 MHz channels (2.4 Radio)?

I believe there are two scenarios where our AP will step down to 20 Mhz mode.
- During intial bootup, the ap will scan whether 40 mhz channel is clear. If it detects any interference from other ap’s, it will step down to 20 mhz.
- The processing of the fat intolerant bit only occurs during the association request from a client or a mgmt. command frame from the client.
