Can extreme ap 3912 support with wm3400 controller ?

Hello Prahbu,

AP 3912 is a part of ExtremeWireless (formerly IdentiFi) WLAN platform.
WM3400 if I'm not wrong is an old Extreme OEM of Motorola wireless, then Zebra, then Extreme (ExtremeWireless WiNG).
Those two are incompatible if I'm not wrong (despite you can always do some scripting to provide interoperation, but...).

You are correct Tomasz. The AP 3912 is NOT compatible with the WM3400 controller.
