Can I use 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153, 157, 161 in India under 5ghz radio with 40Mhz

Currently we are using 36, 40, 44, 48 only under 5ghz radio with 40Mhz . Can I add 49, 153, 157, 161 also . . Deployment is huge around 850+ access points..... can i use 49, 153, 157, 161 in india.... we are planning to change 40mhz to 20Mhz/auto on 5ghz radio is it fine.

some of the channels you are talking about are simply not standardized. To check the available channels in your country see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels or the regulatory domain.
