I have two controllers with firmware 09.15.05.0007. and this message occur "Component [SNMP Agent] is down."

Yes, Snmp v1/2c is enabled but only used v2c to read the controller

I also had the problem my controller was managed by Netsight.
Might be that it's this problem which is fixed in v9.15.06
