Thanks all.......What should I do with the .bge file of version 9.21 which I downloaded for c5210, can I rename it to .rue and use it or I can use .bge itself......

The .bge file will not work for the C5210, you will need the .rue, I would suggest contacting GTAC directly to get the correct file.

OK but extreme support gave me the .bge file for c5210 and told u can use it. ...... Can u confirm on this ....

You cannot rename the file, you need to download the code that is specific for your product model.
