Controller>Administration>Software Maintenance>Backup.

There are options there to allow you to do a one time manual backup, or to schedule backups on a rotating basis, daily, weekly or monthly ... and to be able to set it up to those backups are copied off the controller via FTP to a 'safe' location.

If you have a V2110 running on Vmware, taking snapshots of your configuration is also a good idea.
