How to change the syslog port

WS-C4110, release 09.21.03.0010, customer want to change the syslog port to send also syslogs to a syslog collector but on a different tcp port then 514.

I was not able to find how I can change it.

Is it always impossible to change the syslog port on a Virtual Wireless Appliance V2110 (v 10.11.02.0032) ? because we had to configure it on a different port (14514) - no other possibilities for us (the port 514 is use for special log in our production)
