Hi All,
thanks a lot to all of you for the great support.
After doing a re-config at Port level we are able to see the AP with the static IP.
Seems to work for now!

You can surely switch to static config after your AP uses DHCP to find the controller the thing you need to remember is you must also configure the wireless search list so the AP will have the controllers IP at all times. Keeping in mind if you cset factory the AP it will never find its way back. Better to do static reservations in DHCP server.

Hello baha,
your wrote "AP can be pinged from PC but cannot be reached via Controller".
Do I understand correct you can ping you AP from the PC but not from the Controller?
Please do a SSH session to the AP and ping your default GW and your controller from the AP.
Best regards
Stephan

It sounds like the controllers default route is not populated.
