IdentiFi: 2.4Ghz clients unable to get IP

Hello, team,

I have V2110 installation and 120 3825APs. Surprisingly, 2,4Ghz clients have stopped working. They unable to get IP. 5Ghz works fine.

What could be the reason of this?

I assume then having tested beta versions, all newer 10.41 versions do not resolve the issue...

Interesting, I had to downgrade the controllers before it allowed me to downgrade the AP. anywho, controllers and APs all running 10.41.06 until further news.

I've been testing various beta releases and different VNS options, nothing's helped so far although I'm doing another test tomorrow. Some APs I've had to downgrade to 10.41.06 while the controller remains on 10.41.08.

Is there any update with this issue? Seeing this also.
Think this issue exists in 10.41.09 as we jumped from 10.41.06 and experienced this.

I found https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?n=000035073 and the suggested workaround of factory resetting the APs (they immediately re-download the config from the controller) fixed it for me.
