I have an AP3805i in our lab that we use when troubleshooting customer wireless issues - it gets connected up to their controllers so we can connect to the wifi and (hopefully) fix things.

This morning I've run into an issue where it refuses to update its code from the controller - not normally an issue, and I can do it locally with TFTP from the AP directly.

Problem is that I can't see how to extract the relevant AP image from the .zip file downloaded from the portal. I'm after the AP image for 10.31.03.12 - where can I find this / how can I get it from the controller?

Hi Paul,

The AP image files are found in main controller image. Use the 7-Zip application to open the following folders: normal.tgz>normal.tar>.>var>controller>images>ap
