max transmit power for a 3917i

I see in the tech specs the max output is 25dBm on 5 and 26dBm on 2.4. The max I can seem to set in the controller is 20dBm. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The controller will only allow to select a max tx power that is allowed in your country = regulatory domain.

There are also some other parameters that could incfluence the max tx power e.g. channel width
