Timeout for clients by VNS report

Hi Everyone

Could someone please advise if there is a way to modify the timing out of a client in the "Clients by VNS". When we disconnect a client, it stays in the report on the WLC for quite some time (around 10-15 minutes). This information is propagated in to Netsite and NAC also.

Hi Simon,

you'd set the idle timeout (default 30minutes) in the WLAN service.

GUI > VNS > WLAN Services > select a service > Advanced > Timeout Post
