Thanks for the response, so we need to put 15 sec pop time, that is Tac recommended pop time ??

I assume since you posted this in the IdentiFi Group, you have the following screens…

If you look at the AP Properties Screen, you should see the following Poll Timer field.

Hi Doug

Thanks for your response please tell me how to set poll time,  so AP’s communication should be available with the wireless controller, how to fix this issue
