What is the maximum number of clients that can connect to an Enterasys 3605 AP at one time?

The simultaneously user count of 128 is for unencrypted or an open network. If you are encrypting use half that user count. We just installed a little over 200 wireless access points and used 50 as our theoretical MAX. We are mostly using the 3865 and 3825 models .

The spec says 128 simultaneous users per radio, but ideally I would think you would want to stick to about half of that. We have over 250 3610s that are similar to the 3605. Some of which see more than 120+ simultaneous connections on a regular basis without issue.
