AP/Controller support WDS & mesh and also support blink mode for Aeroscout and Ekahau.

Rtls means real time locatiom support and meshing is how it connects to other aps like point to point or else

I don't think that flash/DRAM of the AP is an information that is available to the public.

What do you mean with meshing/RTLS - could you please provide more details so we know what you are looking for.
