Hello,

It looks like a configuration issue based on the screen shots provided. I would suggest contacting the GTAC so someone can review your tech support/configuration files.

Is this a new installation and have you applied a license to the controller? Without a license the radios will not turn on.

It is opposite. AP is searching for and connecting to Controller. Please describe your topology, and provide more details. If the AP is not connected, you can not see the radio status in the controller... Step by step => once you have the AP connected and active in the controller we can focus on radio.
