Hi, I have an older Aerohive AP that I was hoping to use with Extreme Cloud IQ. However, when I attempt to enroll the AP, I see:

Onboard Failure
  • 01301607072787A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.

The AP had been previously connected to HiveManager, but has been most recently used as a standalone AP. Can this serial number be unlocked so it can be added please?

Hello Mike,

We found the device was associated with an XIQ account created by your email, mihurley@niagaracollege.ca -   we will remove this device and try adding it again.
