Hi...I have a used AP250 and am having some difficulty accessing and setting up for my home network.  Could it be registered with another user?  And which is the best app for home use?  Ser No is 02501608182222.  Thanks

Hi James, thanks for letting us know. That device should be free to add to your inventory now, apologies for the delay there. For a home network, I'd recommend using ExtremeCloud IQ Connect. Connect doesn't have the full feature set like ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot does, but it should be more than enough for home use, and Connect is free to use for life.
