AP305 RESET ALONE

AP305 RESET ALONE

My AP 305C keeps resetting to factory defaults on its own every few days. It's adopted in the Cloud, but then it suddenly loses its SSID, IP, and VLAN settings. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on how to fix it?"

Hello @jandre31

If this AP never retains its configuration, you might be looking at config rollback. If this is the case, I would remove all VLAN stipulations under the Network policy>policy details>MGMT and native VLAN, on the Eth port object, or at the device level under Configure>device configuration>MGMT and native VLAN.

If this AP does indeed pick up its config, work for some time and then loses its config, I would call GTAC at 1-800-872-8440 and open a ticket for this.

Best regards
