Hello,

I am new here and I just want to ask you that I purchased an AP130 used, and despite the seller's assurances to the contrary, when I tried to onboard it, it was already registered to another account. The seller seems clueless about this. Do I have any recourse or way of getting it reset? The SN is 01301504090892 Tell Culvers Survey
