AP410c Device already onbaorded

I have Purchased 3 AP410c from a Recycling Center in  Auckland.
They All are showing Device already onbaorded, what is the process of getting the Serial numbers released and added to my account.

If there is a process i would like to follow it, as i don't know who they previously had them and I've had them over a year now.
