For APs registered on the cloud, is there any limitation or recommendation regarding the number of APs per management VLAN?

Hello

There is no hard limit on that sort of thing.  We generally recommend /24 networks so as long as there aren't more than around 250 APs in a given subnet you shouldn't run into any issues from AP volume.
