Hi Konstantinos, I would recommend
running a client monitor for the PS 5 to see what part of the connection is failing. That should give us clues as to what the issue might be. If you want to send the results of the client monitor to me at community@extremenetworks.com, I can take a look for you to let you know what the results mean and where we should look next.
