Point AP30 to a public cloudiq

I am trying to salvage a few old never uses AP30 Atom.  Dhcp works, I can login to the web page offered.

I setup an 30 day test drive account:


So the ap does not show up.   What capwap server should I point it?  Tried a few combinations, but no go.

Indeed the hivemanager field should be left open,
Since Cloudiq autmagic connection it is populated with fra-cws-2.extremecloudiq.com
