My school purchased some AP230s some time ago and we're trying to deploy them. However, it says hat they are being used in another instance ("The device appears to be in use by another VIQ"). Below are the serial numbers. I'm not certain if this is something that can be backtraced to find the original owners to get the permission to transfer over the devices.
