310i adopted issue

I currently possess an NX-5500 controller and have previously successfully adopted 310i APs to this controller. However, I have encountered an issue when attempting to adopt a new 310 AP to the same controller, as it is not being recognized.

To adopt the APs to the controller, I have utilized the following command sequence:

#controller host XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX level 1
#wr Commit

What firmware version are you on and is the AP model AP310-1?

Whatever the case, make sure that you are on 7.7.1.5 firmware at least. 

Do you have enough licenses?

Can the AP ping the controller?

The newly installed access point is running version 7.7.1.0-005R. However, the older access point is currently operating on version 7.5.1.0-015R, has already been adopted by the controller, and is functioning properly. Additionally, I possess the necessary Enaph license and have confirmed successful communication between the access point and the controller via pinging.
