I recived Zebra AP-6521e from customer, saying it's not working at all. I connected console port, ad it gives me Kernel Panic - not syncing: Unknown NAND, and it's in boot loop. When I hit ESC when loading runtime image I get ncap> prompt. Can I do something with it?

Hi, As you may know, WiNG store two OS images. Based on log, it seems loading from both image 1 and 2 are failed. If I am not misstaken, NAND is the place firmware is stored. Since NAND shows error and can't boot up from both FW images, my conclusion is RMA.

Hi Radoslaw,
this seems like flash / fw got corrupt.
You won't be able to bypass ncap> loader unless the AP gets reflashed
Please RMA this device as per this article
Submit RMA via New Support Portal
