I have done some searching and I cannot find a Extreme branded document that provides best practices for Vocollect devices. In my experience most mobile device manufactures qualify their devices to work with various wireless infrastructure brands, and publish their own documents with the best practices required for the specific mobile device. The best practices can change or vary depending on the model and firmware version. What specific device model and version are you working with? What does your Extreme infrastructure consist of?
