Hello,
After we enter our valid access data from the internal radius server at the captive portal we get the following error messages.
"the server could not fulfill your request captive portal Please refresh to try login again"
The error also comes when I enter no credentials.
In logging, I have seen the following message:
RFS6000-A#Jul 31 11:59:03 2018: %USER-3-ERR: hslogin.c: CP Login: hotspot server parse2 failed
Is there somehow the possibility to restart the radius service ?

short update: After restarting the whole controller tonight, the authentication via the captive portal works with the internal radius. It would be interesting to know how we can restart the service manually. Re-map the policy did not help.

Thank you for the quick reply. This worked for years without change, so I would be surprised if it should not work from one day to the next .

Hello, Use "service radius test ..." to ensure the radius and credentials both ok. Misha
