The following WiNG 5.x Captive Portal guide goes through this process, including creating temporary guest accounts:

Hi Sravanamurthy,
What other options are you looking for?
All captive portal options that require username/password login can be used with accounts local to the controller (by configuring the controller to act as a RADIUS server). A separate NAC device is not required.
