Connect Extreme Location?

Hi all,
I am testing ExtremeLocation.
But My AP (AP7522) can't connect to us.extremelocation.com although I followed the guide: ExtremeLocation Quick Start Guide.
Note: I opened port 443 in Modem/Router. But AP can't connect to extremelocation

Help me please.

How to check AP?
AP 7522 is running firmware 5.9.1.4.
